The clock is ticking, and inspiration may be waning, or if you’re like me you may get more inspired as the season goes forth and not have all the time to do all the sugar plums and fairies that flood your crochet-gamation!
Here’s a cute quick project that’s bound to wow them! A cute crochet rose pin!
This one is created by Michelle Ryan of Nezumi’s World and yes it too is a free pattern. You can find it on Michelle’s blog!
For an Irish Crochet Rose you can go to my personal blog (which I have been TERRIBLE about posting on) and it too is free. Now the pattern is just for the rose on my blog, but I’m quite sure you can figure out how to affix said rose onto a pin back 🙂

CLF member AmandaLynn made these amazing Christmas Ornaments! You have to check out her project page on Ravelry, if for no other reason than to check out the project picture with the antique hook used to make these pretties! She inherited from her grandmother and it’s phenominal!
Just like our creative crocheter’s skills! AmandaLynn has come up with a fabulous idea to trim your own tree or to give friends, family, teachers, and special someones’ gifts.
If I read her project notes correctly, she is willing to write the pattern if folks are interested. AmandaLynn, I think you need to start designing seriously, you have mad crochet skillz!
Hello my pretties! From here until mid-December I will be putting up great holiday crochet ideas. Most of them will be simple, and quick since that clock is tick tick ticking away!
These really cute ornaments would make quick and easy gifts for relatives, teachers, friends! I could see them used tied to gift tags instead of ribbons etc…Remember teens are getting ready to move out on their own, and may just love to have a set of their own ornaments! That’s what I’m doing for the neices and nephews this year!
These were made by Yarnjungle on Ravelry.http://www.ravelry.com/projects/yarnjungle/christmas-hearts
No pattern listed, but I’m sure the internet is just chock o block of great patterns for christmas ornaments!
If you read Crochet Today, their Fall issue had the most delightful Christmas Ornaments that really made me think, “Now why didn’t I come up with that!”…Ribbon candy!!! I love ribbon candy, and the gingerbread house is just too fun as well…Check it out online here!
Stay tuned, as the projects on Ravelry inspire these gift and decor ideas! You never know when you have a last minute gift that needs hooking up!
